MoneyVS publishes general information to help you compare credit cards. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer, recommendation or invitation to apply for any product. MoneyVS is not a bank, lender, broker or licensed financial adviser, and doesn't arrange credit. Think about your own circumstances, and read the bank's key facts statement and terms, before you apply.
Accuracy
We take card information from each bank's own published sources and check it every week, but banks can change their products, fees and offers at any time. The bank's own documents always take priority over anything on MoneyVS. We don't guarantee that information on the site is complete, current or error-free.
Applications and approval
We don't take applications. Whether you are approved, your credit limit, and the rate and fees you are offered are decided only by the bank.
Links to other sites
Links to bank and other websites are for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Trademarks and card images
Bank names, logos, card designs and programme names (such as Emirates Skywards and Etihad Guest) are the trademarks or property of their owners. MoneyVS uses them only to identify the products being compared. Their use doesn't mean any owner endorses MoneyVS. If you own any of this material and want us to change how we use it, email hello@moneyvs.com.
Our content
The text, design and code of MoneyVS belong to us. You may share links to any page. Please don't copy substantial parts of the site or scrape it in a way that affects its performance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MoneyVS isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on information on it, including decisions about which card to apply for. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under UAE law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
